The Old Rectory, Sturton-on-Stow, Lincolnshire has lain vacant for five years but in the summer of 2010 it is envisaged that the property will be renovated to provide a new community within the village.

The development is currently for six flats and a range of three and four bedroom homes set in landscaped grounds.
